Getting everyone on the same page & customer discovery.

We begin our process with collaboration and getting to know each other. Which is, heading to your office. And, sitting at the same table for a workshop with all the stakeholders. A workshop that helps everyone to be on the same channel of the project. Your customer and understanding the needs and pain will be the topic of the day. Pens will lose it inks and papers will be torn but at the end of the workshop. Nothing but a great product plan and the journey is defined and ready to go.

Clarity by listening & observing.

We start off by listening and understanding the user and learn about them. By just understanding the value they hold or belief. As designers, it often will shed light on the problem they face and we can come up solution.
